Refund Policy:

1.1 Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products and services offered on www.nutritionjourney.co.uk, we generally do not provide refunds after the purchase has been made. However, if you believe that there has been an error in the processing of your order, or if you encounter any issues with accessing or downloading the digital product, please contact our customer support at info.nutritioncoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of the purchase date. We will investigate the issue and work towards a resolution.

 

1.2 Physical Products:

For physical products purchased through our website, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support at info.nutritioncoaching@gmail.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Policy:

2.1 Digital Products:

Once a digital product has been purchased and the download process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

 

2.2 Physical Products:

If you wish to cancel an order for a physical product, please contact our customer support at  info.nutritioncoaching@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return process outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

 

2.3 Subscription Cancellation:

Subscribed members can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription, members must log in to their account on www.nutritionjourney.co.uk and follow the cancellation instructions provided in the account settings. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees already paid.
