Welcome to our Initial Nutrition Coaching Consultation! During this 90-minute session, our experienced Nutrition Coach will work with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your current health, habits, and lifestyle. We will also discuss your specific goals and what you would like us to focus on during our time together. This consultation will include a detailed questionnaire to help us get to know you better, as well as a personalized nutrition plan designed specifically for your needs and goals for the next 6 weeks. Our goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support you need to make positive and long-lasting changes to your overall health and wellness.
